Who's the Beekeeper Behind All that Beeswax?
Anne Therese Stephens began making beeswax candles after being a bee keeper for several years. After harvesting honey, she had to do something with the wax, so it was logical to use the wax for candles. She began with small candles to learn the art of candle making and eventually moved to make the paschal candle for her parish. The paschal candle has been her largest candle so far measuring 5 feet long and 3 inches diameter. Any beeswax candle however is a joy to make no matter what the size due to the delectable and distinct smell of the beeswax. She hopes you get in the habit of burning beeswax candles!
